How PEI Works
Professional Evidence Intelligence connects professional claims with evidence from identifiable sources, preserving scope, provenance and uncertainty.
For professionals
- Create an account and record employment, projects, education and certificates.
- Invite appropriate referees to assess directly observed competencies or confirm a qualification.
- Review the attested evidence, request corrections and select what to share.
For referees
Each requested competency is assessed independently, with observation frequency and supporting examples. Email confirmation proves access to a mailbox, not professional identity.
For recruiters
Review selectively shared evidence, source scope and outstanding gaps. PEI does not make automated hiring decisions or assign universal candidate scores.
Evidence states
Self-declared → Third-party attested → Issuer-verified (planned). Different claims can have different states. A verified qualification is not proof of workplace ability.
Current status: Controlled software pilot. Do not rely on this prototype for real hiring or official credential authentication.
