How PEI Works

Professional Evidence Intelligence connects professional claims with evidence from identifiable sources, preserving scope, provenance and uncertainty.

For professionals

  1. Create an account and record employment, projects, education and certificates.
  2. Invite appropriate referees to assess directly observed competencies or confirm a qualification.
  3. Review the attested evidence, request corrections and select what to share.

For referees

Each requested competency is assessed independently, with observation frequency and supporting examples. Email confirmation proves access to a mailbox, not professional identity.

For recruiters

Review selectively shared evidence, source scope and outstanding gaps. PEI does not make automated hiring decisions or assign universal candidate scores.

Evidence states

Self-declared → Third-party attested → Issuer-verified (planned). Different claims can have different states. A verified qualification is not proof of workplace ability.
